THE MISSION

To simplify private markets.

Investing in private markets continues to be an uneven playing field often favouring the largest specialised institutional investors. Transactions are often time consuming with little certainty of a successful execution.

Gateway has identified and solved for the key challenges associated with private market investing, specifically direct secondaries.

We manage all aspects of an often complex, time-consuming and uncertain investment process on behalf of our clients. Further, Gateway seeks to enhance the investor experience by leveraging the latest technology within an institutional framework to offer a seamless and secure solution optimized for investor ease, comfort and company approval.

We set the highest standards in direct secondaries investing by providing a secure, scalable and seamless means for investors and shareholders to transact.

Spending my summer working at Gateway was a rewarding experience. It was truly amazing to see how our opinion is heard, our work matters, and our core interest is truly valued. I was continuously challenged to do things originally outside my comfort zone, but due to their proper guidance, I was able to do more. Appreciate the heartfelt care and trust from each one of the team. Thank you, Gateway.
